Sixty Linden Weekends: May 18 – 19

Sixty Linden Weekends is here again, and Clutter for Builders has three new items out for L$ 60 each until Sunday, May 19, 2013!
The first item is the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit V, which will allow you to build several versions of a mesh paneled door, each with a land impact of less than 1. In the package you will find 4 multi-face mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. However, it’s important to note that .dae files are not included.
The second item is the Oceanside Window Insert Textures, which will add ambiance to a build by having a picturesque view inserts in windows. Included in the pack is: 12 window insert varieties, in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024, all of which are non-tiling – for a total of 24 textures!
The final item we have is the Privacy Glass Textures, which is a frosted style glass in 7 semi-opaque colors. All textures are seamless and are in the 512 x 512 size. These are perfect for bathrooms, or anywhere that you want a little privacy…of course they could also be used for anything you like.

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 11 – 12

It’s the weekend again, and that means Sixty Linden Weekends time at Clutter for Builders; there are six new items out for only L$ 60 from May 11 – 12, 2013!
The first item is the Door Frame Mesh Kit I, which will allow you to build several styles of door frames; each one has a land impact of less than 1. Each is multi-face, with 4 – 7 faces per frame. Included in the kit is: 4 mesh models, 8 surface textures, and textured examples. Please note that .dae files are not included and the door kit is sold separately.
The second item is the Double Door Frame Mesh Kit I. This is similar to the first kit, however the style is for double-doors instead of a single door. Each frame is multi-face, with 4 – 7 faces per frame. Included in the kit is: 4 mesh models, 8 surface textures, and textured examples. Please note that .dae files are not included and the door kit is sold separately.
If you’re looking to add a bit more color to your door frames, or even to add a touch of the old world to a build, then you might enjoy the Abstract Stained Glass. You get a total of 8 patterns in seamless textures, and each is in the 512 x 512 size. There’s something so classy about stained glass, but it also brings back memories for a lot of people – what will it stir in you?
Switching things up a bit, there is the Country Fair Wood Textures – Beams. This is a pack of wood textures in five color variations, each in 3 styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. As well, each one of those comes in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024. These have a slightly worn and weathered look, perfect for shabby chic projects or builds.
Then we also have the Country Fair Wood Textures – Panels. These wood textures come in the same five colors as the beams pack above, and also come in the same styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. However these textures are in two different sizes: 256 x 512 and 512 x 512. Different sizes are good for different applications, so decide carefully before buying.
We have the final piece of the Country Fair Wood Textures here with the Veneers pack. Again the same five colors are repeated as in the beams and panels packs, as well as the same three styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. This pack, however, has the largest sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. Depending on the item or build you are working on, you may need to use several sizes, so getting all three packs while on sale is probably a good idea.

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 4 – 5

Sixty Linden Weekends brings three new items to Clutter for Builders, priced at only L$ 60 until the end of the day on May 5, 2013! After the weekend each pack will go up in price to L$ 600.
The first item is the Boleyn Wood Textures – Anne Beams. This pack contains five colors of wood finishes, in three styles: grunge, seamless and shaded. Each one also comes in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024 – that makes a total of 30 textures! These are sort of rustic and worn, so they could be used indoors or outside.
The second item is the coordinating Boleyn Wood Textures – Anne Panels. The same five colors of wood finishes are used as were in the beams pack, as well as the same three styles: grunge, seamless and shaded. The two sizes provided in this pack are: 256 x 512 and 512 x 1024.
The final item to round out the trio is the Boleyn Wood Textures – Anne Veneers. Of course the same five colors of wood finishes are used again, and the same styles (grunge, seamless and shaded). The sizes for this pack are: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. For the best possible results, you’ll probably want to get all 3 packs available so that you can get every size.

Sixty Linden Weekends: April 27 – 28

It’s the weekend again, and time of course, for Sixty Linden Weekends! This week, Clutter for Builders has put out 5 brand new items for only L$ 60 until Sunday, April 28, 2013!
Our first item is the 0080KA.Stand-Casual-KnockKnock-X, which is a unisex knocking animation; it also includes a static pose version in the pack.
Following up, we have the 0081KA.Stand-Casual-Pounding-X, which is another unisex knocking animation, however this one is more…insistent. The pack also contains 1 static pose version.
Switching it up a bit, we have the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit III. This kit will allow you to build 4 different styles of mesh doors with a land impact of less than 1; and each is multiface, with 3 to 5 faces per model. Included in the package is: 4 mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. Please note that the .dae file is not included.
We also have the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit IV. It is very similar to the Mesh Kit III, except the style of door you will be able to build are different. There are 4 different styles of mesh doors with a land impact of less than 1; and each is multiface, with 3 to 5 faces per model. Included in the package is: 4 mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. Please note that the .dae file is not included.
The final item we have is the Welcome Mat Mesh Kit. This kit will allow you to build mesh welcome mats with 0.5 land impact; each has 2 faces. The kit includes: 1 mesh model, 36 surface textures, and a textured example. Please note that the .dae file is not included.

Sixty Linden Weekends: April 20 – 21

It’s time for Sixty Linden Weekends once again, and Clutter for Builders brings you 6 new items for only L$ 60 each! The event is only until April 21, 2013 so you’ll want to grab these as soon as you can!
You might be looking for some animations or poses, so the 0079KA.Sit-Chat-Sympathize, which is sort of unique because the user is sitting straddling something like a bench (or maybe sitting backwards on a chair). The pack contains 1 animation and 1 static pose.
If you’re in the mood to build something, we have the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit I, which allows you to create 4 different styles of door. Each one has a land impact of less than 1, so they are a smart choice for buildings. Included in the pack is: 4 mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. Please be aware, there are no .dae files included.
If you’re not into mesh, we also have the Paneled Doors Sculpt Kit I. This will allow you to create doors of 1 to 3 prims, hinged or centered. The kit includes: a rebuilder to create doors in your name, 9 sculpt maps, 10 surface textures, and 8 examples.
Moving on to some textures, we have the Aldrich Wood Textures in Centric Beams. These come in 5 colors of wood finish, in the 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024 sizes. Each one also comes in grunge, seamless and shaded versions – for a total of 30 textures. These are perfect for wood beams in buildings and maybe even certain parts of furniture.
Then we have the Spring 2013 Wicker Textures I, which comes in 12 different spring-like colors, in a seamless style, in the 512 x 512 size. These would be perfect used on outdoor garden furniture – it would be much more special than the traditional white or beige.
The final item we have is the Spring Geometric Pattern Fabrics I. This is a collection of fabrics with a geometric pattern that reminds me of Morocco for some reason, but in any case, they come in 12 colors, are seamless, and are in the 512 x 512 size. I can see a lot of people going crazy for furniture using these fabrics!

Sixty Linden Weekends: April 13 – 14

It’s the weekend, the best time of the week, and that means it’s time for Sixty Linden Weekends over at Clutter for Builders! We have 6 new items out today, and you’ll want to check them out because they are only L$60 each until April 14, 2013.
The first item we have is 0077KA.Sit-Chat-Listen-F, which is a feminine pose that has the user sitting cross-legged and waiting. It includes 1 animation and 1 static pose, so you can use it in a variety of ways.
The second item is the 0078KA.Sit-Chat-Talk-F which is similar in that it’s a feminine sitting pose, where this is the person talking to the listener. The pack includes 1 animation and 1 static pose.
Now we switch gears with the third item, Planter Box & Bench Mesh Kit. This kit will allow you to build your own mesh garden items as the photo shows. Included is: 4 mesh models, 5 surface textures, 1 ambient occlusion texture, 3 shadow textures, 1 sculpt map, and 5 examples. These pieces have a low land impact and have 2 to 8 texture faces. Please remember that .dae files are not included.
Moving on to some beautiful wood textures, we have the Farmingdale Wood Textures in Classic Beams. There are 5 colors of wood, with each in grunge, seamless and shaded versions. Every color and style comes in 2 sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 512 – that makes a total of 30 textures.
Then we also have the Farmingdale Wood Textures in Classic Panels, which work with the beams. Again there are 30 textures in the 5 colors of wood, in grunge, seamless and shaded styles, in the 256 x 512 and 512 x 1024 sizes.
The final piece of the puzzle is the Farmingdale Wood Textures in Classic Veneers. The same 5 colors from the beams and panels packs is used again here; in the grunge, seamless and shaded styles. Each one comes in 2 sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024.

Sixty Linden Weekends: April 6 – 7

Hopefully everyone is looking forward to Sixty Linden Weekends, because Clutter for Builders has 5 new items out for only L$60 until the end of the day on Sunday, April 7, 2013!
The first item is a new animation and pose item, the 0076KA.Sit-Casual In IM-F. This is a more feminine pose, where the user is typing away on a laptop. This item includes 1 animation and 1 static pose. Add this to your furniture to draw in all those who love to spend time online.
The second item is the Brentwood Angled Bookshelf Sculpt Kit. This kit will allow you to build your own unique bookshelf and includes: 1 sculpt map, 1 surface texture, 1 shadow texture, and 1 example. I could see these in pretty pastel colors for spring and summer, but there are many options for how you can customize them.
You might have noticed that over the past few days we’ve had the Anna Wallpaper Textures in several colors, so today we have the Anna Room Finishers in Wood & Tile. Included in this pack is: paneling – 2 styles with baseboard and moulding options and horizontally seamless, ceiling tiles in 2 styles, and seamless plank floors in 2 styles of seamless and shaded in 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes.
Then next up we have the Anna Fabric Textures in Clean, which have the same floral print as the Anna Wallpaper.
The final item is the Anna Fabric Textures in Grunge. Both the clean and grunge pack includes 24 textures of florals and stripes; 12 seamless textures in both the 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes. You can use these in furniture pieces to compliment builds using the wallpapers. These colors are on point for spring and summer, so don’t be surprised if everything you make with these fabrics get grabbed up!

Sixty Linden Weekends: March 30 – 31

It’s time again for some great new items at unbeatable prices over at Clutter for Builders. There are 6 new products for you to enjoy for Sixty Linden Weekends, with all of them priced at only L$ 60 for the weekend!
First up is the Abbott Mesh Ottoman Kit, which allows you to build 3 different versions of the ottoman, with a land impact of 2 or 3. Included in the kit is: 3 mesh models, 6 surface textures, and 1 shadow texture. These are easy to texture so beginners shouldn’t be afraid to give it a go! Please note that .dae files are not included.
There are 3 packs of Elegance Fabric Textures, which would work well with the Abbott Mesh Ottoman Kit.
The first pack is in the Aquatica tones.
Then there is the Lake Superior tones.
And we also have the Luscious tones.
Each pack contains 30 textures, 6 colors in 5 weaves. All of them are seamless and come in the 1024 x 1024 size.

Sixty Linden Weekends: March 23 – 24

It’s that time of the week again – Sixty Linden Weekends! There are 6 brand new items out at Clutter for Builders for only L$ 60 until the end of the day on Sunday, March 24, 2013.
We start with the 0070KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M, which contains 1 animation and 1 static pose. It’s a more masculine pose, which has the user reclining with one leg up – it’s probably best suited to be used with a couch.
The next item we have is the 0071KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M, which is another male animation and pose item, with 1 animation and 1 static pose in the package. This animation has the user laying with arms crossed, as if waiting for something.
We also have the reverse of the previous item, with the 0071KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M-Reverse. It too contains 1 animation and 1 static pose, but the user is laying the opposite way.
The fourth item is 0072KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M, which is a casual animation, with the user having their legs crossed and their hands resting on their stomach. The pack contains 1 animation and 2 static poses.
There is also the reverse of the previous animation, with the 0072KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M-Reverse. It also contains 1 animation and 2 static poses, and it has the user lying the opposite way from the original.
All the animation and pose items do not come with any furniture, so make sure you keep that in mind when buying.
The final item out for this weekend is the Round Floor Cushion Sculpt Kit I. This kit will allow you to build your own sculpted round cushion, perfect for throwing around and lounging. The kit includes: 1 sculpt map, 1 surface texture, 1 shadow texture, 2 texture guide textures, 1 ambient occlusion texture, and 3 examples.

Sixty Linden Weekends: March 9 -10

Get your notepad out, Clutter for Builders has 6 brand new items today for Sixty Linden Weekends, which means they are all priced at L$ 60 each until the end of the day on Sunday, March 10, 2013!
The first item we have is the Garden Daybed Sculpt Kit I, which will allow you to build two versions of a simple daybed that fits both inside or out. This would be great in a guest room, sun-room, or even out on the patio. Included in the kit is: a rebuilder kit to recreate items in your own name, 4 sculpt maps, 4 surface textures, 2 shadow textures, 2 examples, and 2 ambient occlusion textures.
To compliment the Garden Daybed, we have the Garden Daybed Sculpt Kit II – Decor, which will spruce up your daybed and make it more luxurious. The kit includes: a rebuilder kit to recreate items in your own name, 6 sculpt maps, 13 surface textures, 13 ambient occlusion textures, and 3 examples.
Changing gears a bit, we have the Mesh Signage and Calendar Kit – and yes, it’s 100% mesh! You can use these 12 mesh models to create decor, signs, and calendars – and all with using very little land impact (.dae files and textures sold separately).
Then to compliment the Mesh Signage and Calendar Kit, there is the Signage Calendar Textures – Black & White. This is a collection of 50 seamless textures, in the 384 x 512 size, which are tintable on objects. This would be great to create a calendar for schools or kids’ rooms.
