Sixty Linden Weekends: June 1 – 2

It’s finally the weekend! Clutter for Builders is taking part in Sixty Linden Weekends of course, with 3 new items priced for L$ 60 until the end of the weekend on June 2, 2013!
The first item is the Industrial Suspended Shelf Mesh Kit. This kit allows you to build 4 multi-face mesh models with a land impact of less than 1 to 2, per model. Suspension drops from 3.5 to 6.5 meters. Also included is 3 surface textures and textured examples. These would be great used along a wall to be the basis of a focal point.
Next up we have the Santa Fe Tallboy Armoire Mesh Kit. The kit will allow you to build several styles of the tallboys, with 7 multi-face mesh models included, with a land impact of less than 1 per model; 4 of the armoire models are static, and the other 3 are component models for scripted armoires. Also included in the kit is 1 shadow texture. Wood textures are sold separately, and .dae files are not included.
The final item we have is the County Seat Wood Textures in Distressed Veneers. This pack contains 5 colors of wood finish which are seamless with shaded edges. Each comes in two size options: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – which makes for a total of 10 textures! There are other County Seat textures in the store, so these are all able to work together – you should come check them out.

Pure Contagion: May 31 – June 2

It’s time for Pure Contagion once again, and Clutter for Builders has released two new items today for the occasion! Each will be on sale for L$ 99 until June 2, 2013.
The first item is the Dunn Fabric Textures in Garnet.
Then we also have the Dunn Fabric Textures in Sapphire.
Both of the color options contain 16 seamless textures each: 8 coordinating fabrics in the 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes. As you can see in the ads above, each one has various prints as well as plain textures, so you can use more than one in an item and have them work well together. They seem to have a good weighted feel to them, so they are perfect for upholstering.

The Challenge: May 31 – June 29

The Challenge is on and Clutter for Builders has accepted! This month the theme is Factory or Industrial, so we have come up with a brand new item for L$ 100 until June 7, 2013…afterward it will go up to the regular price of L$ 280 (until June 29, 2013).
If you’re into building homes, furniture, or designing sims, then this item is for you! The Industrial Concrete Textures is pack of various types of concrete: 4 floors, 8 slabs, and 2 walls. Each textures is seamless and in the 512 x 512 size – which means you get a total of 14 textures! They’re all shades of basic grey, but will really add a touch of hardness to an item, which might be nice balanced with something really soft or feminine.

Simply The Best: May 30 – June 6

Clutter for Builders is taking part in the fabulous event called Simply The Best with a brand new item for L$ 100 until June 6, 2013!
Today we have the Understated Upholstery Textures – Cousins. This fabric has a unique, somewhat vintage print to it, almost like a wild floral. There are ten colors of the fabric, with two size options for each: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. All the textures are seamless, which makes them incredibly easy to use. You’ll be getting a total of 20 textures in this pack, so it’s a real bargain, and the colors all work really well together so there are a number of ways you could use them.

Builder’s Bargains: May 30 – June 2

It’s that time again – Builder’s Bargains is here! Clutter for Builders is taking part with 3 brand new items for only L$ 100 each until Sunday, June 2, 2013!
The first item out is the County Seat Wood Textures Beams which is a wood texture that has a bit of a weathered look. This is a pack with five wood finishes in the shaded and seamless styles. Each one also comes in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024. These are made with beams in mind (as the name suggests), however you can easily find other uses for them too.
Then we have the County Seat Wood Textures Panels, which is very similar to the beams pack in that it uses the same five wood finishes and the shaded and seamless styles. In this pack though the sizes are slightly larger: 256 x 512 and 512 x 1024.
The final item we have today, is the County Seat Wood Textures Veneers. Once again we have the same five wood finishes used as in the above packs, as well as the same shaded and seamless styles. The difference here is the size they come in: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. Each pack comes with a total of 20 textures so you’re really getting a bargain whether you buy one pack, or all three.

Home & Garden Expo is On!

You probably have heard by now that the Home & Garden Expo has opened to the public, and Clutter for Builders is participating with 2 brand new and exclusive items! These items are only out for this event and will not be sold again. 100 % of the proceeds from the sale of these items will be going to the Relay For Life, a charity that supports cancer research at the American Cancer Society.
The first item is the Santa Fe Highboy Chest, which is a mesh kit that allows you to build a high chest of drawers for your own use or to sell, for only L$ 175! The kit includes 3 mesh models, all with a land impact of less than 1. You should be aware that the wood textures in the image are sold separately, and that the .dae files are not included.
The second item is the Champlain Wood Textures in Sycamore. This is a pack of 18 textures, the sycamore wood comes in grunge, shaded, and seamless styles. You get a number of size options: 128 x 512, 256 x 1024, 256 x 512, 512 x 1024, 512 x 512, and 1024 x 1024. How much will this set you back? You’ll only pay L$ 150 for this pack of textures, which is an amazing bargain!

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 24 – 26

Clutter for Builders has 6 brand new items out today for Sixty Linden Weekends, that means that each is priced at only L$ 60 until May 26, 2013!
First up is the Boleyn Wood Textures – George Beams. There are five color variations of the wood included, in three styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. Each one of these come in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024.
The second item works with the first, it’s the Boleyn Wood Textures – George Panels. These are similar to the beams packs in that the same five colors and three styles are repeated, however the textures in this pack come in both the 256 x 512 size and the 512 x 1024 size.
Then to round out a trio, we also have the Boleyn Wood Textures – George Veneers. These too come in the same five color variations and three styles as the beams and panels previously posted. However, the sizes available in this pack are 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. Each pack has a total of 30 textures, so for under L$ 200 you’ll have 90 textures!
Changing gears, we have the Chatton Hall Fabric Textures in Brocade. This is collection of sumptuous brocade patterns in various earthy colors. There are seven styles of fabric in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – for a total of 14 seamless textures!
Following up is the Chatton Hall Fabric Textures – Nubbly Upholstery. The fabrics come in four colors, two variations on the nubbly-look of the textures, in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. This means you get a total of 16 seamless textures in the pack!
The final item we have out is the Chatton Hall Fabric Textures in Veltvet. Four base colors are used in this pack, with one plain and one patterned style, each come in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024, which makes for a total of 16 seamless textures!
You could use the wood and fabric textures together in a project because they seem to have a similar feel to them, I can sense that they would work really well.

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 18 – 19

Sixty Linden Weekends is here again, and Clutter for Builders has three new items out for L$ 60 each until Sunday, May 19, 2013!
The first item is the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit V, which will allow you to build several versions of a mesh paneled door, each with a land impact of less than 1. In the package you will find 4 multi-face mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. However, it’s important to note that .dae files are not included.
The second item is the Oceanside Window Insert Textures, which will add ambiance to a build by having a picturesque view inserts in windows. Included in the pack is: 12 window insert varieties, in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024, all of which are non-tiling – for a total of 24 textures!
The final item we have is the Privacy Glass Textures, which is a frosted style glass in 7 semi-opaque colors. All textures are seamless and are in the 512 x 512 size. These are perfect for bathrooms, or anywhere that you want a little privacy…of course they could also be used for anything you like.

Steals & Deals: May 17 – 20

Clutter for Builders is participating again this week in Steals & Deals, with 3 brand new items for only L$ 100 until Monday, May 20, 2013!
The first item is the Dunn Fabric Textures in Amethyst.
The second item in the Dunn Fabric Textures in Charcoal.
The third item is the Dunn Fabric Textures in Emerald.
Each one of the packs contains the same types of fabrics, containing several styles of weave and pattern. Each has 8 coordinating fabrics in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – all are seamless. That makes for a total of 16 textures in each pack! All three have deep tones, so using textures from several on the same item is quiet possible, it might make it even better than using a monotone palette. There is a thick feel, so I imagine that they would be best suited to upholstery; however it is up to you.

Builder’s Bargains: May 16 – 19

Everyone loves a good deal, and with Builder’s Bargains you get three new items from Clutter for Builders for only L$ 100 each from May 16 – 19, 2013!
The first item is the Paned Window Single 01A Mesh Kit.
Then we have the Paned Window Single 01B Mesh Kit.
The final item is Paned Window Single 01C Mesh Kit.
Each of the kits allow you to build one style of window, A is closed, B is partially open, and C is open half-way. The windows all have a land impact of less than 1, so they are a great choice for building, no matter which one you use. Each kit contains: 3 multi-face mesh models, 9 surface textures, 1 shadow texture, and textured examples. It’s important to note that .dae files are not included in these kits. Since the price is so low, there is no reason not to buy all three kits, and use them in the same builds or separately. After this promotional price, each kit will go up in price to L$ 375 each!
