Builder’s Bargains: May 30 – June 2

It’s that time again – Builder’s Bargains is here! Clutter for Builders is taking part with 3 brand new items for only L$ 100 each until Sunday, June 2, 2013!
The first item out is the County Seat Wood Textures Beams which is a wood texture that has a bit of a weathered look. This is a pack with five wood finishes in the shaded and seamless styles. Each one also comes in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024. These are made with beams in mind (as the name suggests), however you can easily find other uses for them too.
Then we have the County Seat Wood Textures Panels, which is very similar to the beams pack in that it uses the same five wood finishes and the shaded and seamless styles. In this pack though the sizes are slightly larger: 256 x 512 and 512 x 1024.
The final item we have today, is the County Seat Wood Textures Veneers. Once again we have the same five wood finishes used as in the above packs, as well as the same shaded and seamless styles. The difference here is the size they come in: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. Each pack comes with a total of 20 textures so you’re really getting a bargain whether you buy one pack, or all three.

Builder’s Bargains: May 16 – 19

Everyone loves a good deal, and with Builder’s Bargains you get three new items from Clutter for Builders for only L$ 100 each from May 16 – 19, 2013!
The first item is the Paned Window Single 01A Mesh Kit.
Then we have the Paned Window Single 01B Mesh Kit.
The final item is Paned Window Single 01C Mesh Kit.
Each of the kits allow you to build one style of window, A is closed, B is partially open, and C is open half-way. The windows all have a land impact of less than 1, so they are a great choice for building, no matter which one you use. Each kit contains: 3 multi-face mesh models, 9 surface textures, 1 shadow texture, and textured examples. It’s important to note that .dae files are not included in these kits. Since the price is so low, there is no reason not to buy all three kits, and use them in the same builds or separately. After this promotional price, each kit will go up in price to L$ 375 each!

Builder’s Bargains: April 18 – 21

It’s that time again, Builder’s Bargains is here and Clutter for Builders has 2 new items out for only L$ 60 until April 21, 2013!
The first item is 0077KA.Sit-Chat-Listen-F- Reverse.
The second item is 0078KA.Sit-Chat-Talk-F-Reverse.
Both of these items contain 1 animation and 1 static pose. They may seem familiar because we previously released the opposites to these poses (have a look at them here). You can use them separately, like with a pair of matching chairs; or use them together in something like a couch or bench. They are more feminine poses, so you might want to make that clear on any items you create with them. These are deeply discounted, so after the weekend they will be going up in price to L$ 350 – so stop in and grab them for next to nothing while you can!

Builder’s Bargains: April 4 – 8

Builder’s Bargains is here again, and Clutter for Builders has 3 items out – each at L$ 100 – until April 8, 2013!
The first item out is the Spring Garden Rough Linen Fabrics I, which contains 12 different colors of a seamless rustic linen texture, in the 512 x 512 size. These would be perfect for spring and summer items, bright colors are totally on trend! The retail price on these will be L$ 200, so you’re saving 50%.
Secondly, we have the Anna Wallpaper Textures in Green, which is a collection of 36 textures: baseboard, moulding, chair rail, and 2 wainscoting options in 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – each in clean and grunge versions which are both horizontally seamless. The shade of green on these are perfect for the warmer months, so you’ll want to grab them now.

Builder’s Bargains: March 21 – 24

It’s time for Builder’s Bargains again, and that means that Clutter for Builders has 3 new items out for it, priced at L$ 60 each! They will be available until March 24, 2013 so make sure to stop by soon.
The first item is the Mesh Signage Photoboard Kit. This kit includes: 7 mesh models, with 2 to 7 faces with 0.5to 1.863 land impact, and 7 shadow textures. Use these as the base for creating fun signs or photo-boards. There are no .dae files included, and the letter textures are sold separately.
The second item out is the Signage Letter Textures Color Pack, this was developed for use with the Mesh Signage, Calendar and Photoboard kits. The pack includes 104 textures, 4 full sets of the alphabet – in red, blue, green, and orange – and they come in the 384 x 512 size.
The third item we have is the Garden Hedges Sculpt Kit I. You’ll be able to jazz up the outside of your home or business with these fancy garden hedges. The kit includes: 8 sculpt maps, 2 surface textures, 4 ambient occlusion textures, and 4 examples.

Builder’s Bargains: Feb 21 – 24

Clutter for Builders has 3 new items out today for Builder’s Bargains, and since they all work together you’ll want to get them all! They will be on sale for L$ 60 until February 24, 2013 so grab them before the price goes up!
We start off with the Unchartered Wood Textures – Clifton Veneers. This pack comes with 5 colors (shown on the ad above) that are warm but also neutral enough to be used in a variety of ways. Each color comes in shaded, grunge, and seamless versions in the 1024 x 1024 size. The grain on these are a little more visible then on the other items, so if you love seeing natural grain this item is for you.
We then have the matching Unchartered Wood Textured – Clifton Panels. The same 5 colors are used here and you once again get shaded, grunge, and seamless styles; however these textures come in the 512 x 1024 size which means their uses would be a bit different.
The final item we have out is the Unchartered Wood Textures – Clifton Beams. This is a complimentary item to both the veneers and panels, the beams also come in the same 5 colors and in shaded, grunge, and seamless versions. These textures come in the 256 x 1024 size, and of course can be used with the other items in the same line.

Builder’s Bargains: Jan 24 – 27

Clutter for Builders is taking part in this round of Builder’s Bargains, and that means 3 new texture packs for only L$ 60 each until January 27, 2013!
First up is the Mahwah Wood Textures in the Allandale color pack. You’ll get 20 textures in total; 5 colors in shaded and seamless versions, in both 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes. These are perfect for winter and early spring projects because of the earthy tones, but would work year-round in rustic builds.
Then we also have 2 packs of the Mahwah Wood Textures Allandale Beams.
The Beams pack I and II are similar because they use the same base color tones, but the wood grain is darker in the second pack, and it appears to have more wear and tear on it. Each pack contains 20 textures total, shaded and seamless versions of 5 colors in both 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes. Since they are also in the Mahwah line of textures and in the Allandale colors, all of these texture packs would work well together in a project or build.

Builder’s Bargains: January 10 – 13

Clutter for Builders has two brand new items out this week for Builder’s Bargains, which runs from January 10 – 13, 2013. Both are only L$ 60 each!
The first item is the Dousman Wood Textures in the Loralee edition. This is a collection of 50 textures specifically developed for plane-stitched sculpts and multi-face mesh models. The textures are non-tiling in shaded an grunge versions, in the following sizes: 128 x 512, 256 x 512, 512 x 512, 256 x 1024, and 512 x 1024. These would be great for all the projects you’ve been meaning to start for spring.
The second item is the Streets of Cobblestone – Mortared Stone Textures. This is a package of 56 textures, you get shaded, unshaded, dirty and moss versions in both 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes. These cobblestones could be used in making prefab buildings, stone walkways, paths or even used to decorate a residential sim.

Builder’s Bargains: Dec 27 – 30

Clutter for Builders is taking part in Builder’s Bargains again this week, running from December 27 – 30, 2012. Both the items out are only L$ 60, so no reason not to get them!
There is first the Hardwood Floor Textures in the Florida Days color pack.
And then there is the Hardwood Floor Textures in the Florida Nights color pack.
Both of the packs come in a range of colorful tones, with the Nights tones being darker than the Days ones. Since they are based on the same colors, you can of course mix textures from both packs. Each pack has the following versions and sizes: 512 x 512 shaded and seamless; and 1024 x 1024 shaded and seamless. I can see the buildings being produced using these textures being fun, festive, and even tropical – let’s see what you can come up with!

Builder’s Bargains: Dec 13 – 16

Things have taken a decidedly Christmas turn around most parts, and at Clutter for Builders we hope to fulfill the needs of those who celebrate and those who don’t. We have three new items out for Builder’s Bargains for only L$ 60 and these are sure to please almost everyone!
The first item is the Crafty Christmas Ornaments Sculpt Kit. It contains everything you need to decorate one of the wood plank trees, or parts of your home, to get ready for Christmas! In the package you get: 24 sculpt maps, 1 example palette, 8 gradient textures, and a rebuilder script. The tree kit with painted wood textures is sold separately – so please keep that in mind.
Next up is the Versatile Wood Textures – Light pack. This is a collection of cool-colored neutral woods that would be perfect in the winter. Included is a total of 54 textures in the following versions: 256 x 1024, 512 x 1024, and 1024 x 1024 – grunge, shaded, and unshaded. These would be perfect for building a collection especially suited to this season.
Lastly there is the Versatile Wood Textures in the Dark pack. These are the same style as the light ones above, but in rich, gem colors. Again you get 54 textures in the following versions: 256 x 1024, 512 x 1024, and 1024 x 1024 – grunge, shaded, and unshaded. These can be used alone or would work well with some of the ones from the light pack to create a unique piece.
