Home & Garden Expo is On!

You probably have heard by now that the Home & Garden Expo has opened to the public, and Clutter for Builders is participating with 2 brand new and exclusive items! These items are only out for this event and will not be sold again. 100 % of the proceeds from the sale of these items will be going to the Relay For Life, a charity that supports cancer research at the American Cancer Society.
The first item is the Santa Fe Highboy Chest, which is a mesh kit that allows you to build a high chest of drawers for your own use or to sell, for only L$ 175! The kit includes 3 mesh models, all with a land impact of less than 1. You should be aware that the wood textures in the image are sold separately, and that the .dae files are not included.
The second item is the Champlain Wood Textures in Sycamore. This is a pack of 18 textures, the sycamore wood comes in grunge, shaded, and seamless styles. You get a number of size options: 128 x 512, 256 x 1024, 256 x 512, 512 x 1024, 512 x 512, and 1024 x 1024. How much will this set you back? You’ll only pay L$ 150 for this pack of textures, which is an amazing bargain!

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 18 – 19

Sixty Linden Weekends is here again, and Clutter for Builders has three new items out for L$ 60 each until Sunday, May 19, 2013!
The first item is the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit V, which will allow you to build several versions of a mesh paneled door, each with a land impact of less than 1. In the package you will find 4 multi-face mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. However, it’s important to note that .dae files are not included.
The second item is the Oceanside Window Insert Textures, which will add ambiance to a build by having a picturesque view inserts in windows. Included in the pack is: 12 window insert varieties, in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024, all of which are non-tiling – for a total of 24 textures!
The final item we have is the Privacy Glass Textures, which is a frosted style glass in 7 semi-opaque colors. All textures are seamless and are in the 512 x 512 size. These are perfect for bathrooms, or anywhere that you want a little privacy…of course they could also be used for anything you like.

Builder’s Bargains: May 16 – 19

Everyone loves a good deal, and with Builder’s Bargains you get three new items from Clutter for Builders for only L$ 100 each from May 16 – 19, 2013!
The first item is the Paned Window Single 01A Mesh Kit.
Then we have the Paned Window Single 01B Mesh Kit.
The final item is Paned Window Single 01C Mesh Kit.
Each of the kits allow you to build one style of window, A is closed, B is partially open, and C is open half-way. The windows all have a land impact of less than 1, so they are a great choice for building, no matter which one you use. Each kit contains: 3 multi-face mesh models, 9 surface textures, 1 shadow texture, and textured examples. It’s important to note that .dae files are not included in these kits. Since the price is so low, there is no reason not to buy all three kits, and use them in the same builds or separately. After this promotional price, each kit will go up in price to L$ 375 each!

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 11 – 12

It’s the weekend again, and that means Sixty Linden Weekends time at Clutter for Builders; there are six new items out for only L$ 60 from May 11 – 12, 2013!
The first item is the Door Frame Mesh Kit I, which will allow you to build several styles of door frames; each one has a land impact of less than 1. Each is multi-face, with 4 – 7 faces per frame. Included in the kit is: 4 mesh models, 8 surface textures, and textured examples. Please note that .dae files are not included and the door kit is sold separately.
The second item is the Double Door Frame Mesh Kit I. This is similar to the first kit, however the style is for double-doors instead of a single door. Each frame is multi-face, with 4 – 7 faces per frame. Included in the kit is: 4 mesh models, 8 surface textures, and textured examples. Please note that .dae files are not included and the door kit is sold separately.
If you’re looking to add a bit more color to your door frames, or even to add a touch of the old world to a build, then you might enjoy the Abstract Stained Glass. You get a total of 8 patterns in seamless textures, and each is in the 512 x 512 size. There’s something so classy about stained glass, but it also brings back memories for a lot of people – what will it stir in you?
Switching things up a bit, there is the Country Fair Wood Textures – Beams. This is a pack of wood textures in five color variations, each in 3 styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. As well, each one of those comes in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024. These have a slightly worn and weathered look, perfect for shabby chic projects or builds.
Then we also have the Country Fair Wood Textures – Panels. These wood textures come in the same five colors as the beams pack above, and also come in the same styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. However these textures are in two different sizes: 256 x 512 and 512 x 512. Different sizes are good for different applications, so decide carefully before buying.
We have the final piece of the Country Fair Wood Textures here with the Veneers pack. Again the same five colors are repeated as in the beams and panels packs, as well as the same three styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. This pack, however, has the largest sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. Depending on the item or build you are working on, you may need to use several sizes, so getting all three packs while on sale is probably a good idea.

Sixty Linden Weekends: April 20 – 21

It’s time for Sixty Linden Weekends once again, and Clutter for Builders brings you 6 new items for only L$ 60 each! The event is only until April 21, 2013 so you’ll want to grab these as soon as you can!
You might be looking for some animations or poses, so the 0079KA.Sit-Chat-Sympathize, which is sort of unique because the user is sitting straddling something like a bench (or maybe sitting backwards on a chair). The pack contains 1 animation and 1 static pose.
If you’re in the mood to build something, we have the Paneled Doors Mesh Kit I, which allows you to create 4 different styles of door. Each one has a land impact of less than 1, so they are a smart choice for buildings. Included in the pack is: 4 mesh models, 10 surface textures, and textured examples. Please be aware, there are no .dae files included.
If you’re not into mesh, we also have the Paneled Doors Sculpt Kit I. This will allow you to create doors of 1 to 3 prims, hinged or centered. The kit includes: a rebuilder to create doors in your name, 9 sculpt maps, 10 surface textures, and 8 examples.
Moving on to some textures, we have the Aldrich Wood Textures in Centric Beams. These come in 5 colors of wood finish, in the 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024 sizes. Each one also comes in grunge, seamless and shaded versions – for a total of 30 textures. These are perfect for wood beams in buildings and maybe even certain parts of furniture.
Then we have the Spring 2013 Wicker Textures I, which comes in 12 different spring-like colors, in a seamless style, in the 512 x 512 size. These would be perfect used on outdoor garden furniture – it would be much more special than the traditional white or beige.
The final item we have is the Spring Geometric Pattern Fabrics I. This is a collection of fabrics with a geometric pattern that reminds me of Morocco for some reason, but in any case, they come in 12 colors, are seamless, and are in the 512 x 512 size. I can see a lot of people going crazy for furniture using these fabrics!

Sixty Linden Weekends: April 13 – 14

It’s the weekend, the best time of the week, and that means it’s time for Sixty Linden Weekends over at Clutter for Builders! We have 6 new items out today, and you’ll want to check them out because they are only L$60 each until April 14, 2013.
The first item we have is 0077KA.Sit-Chat-Listen-F, which is a feminine pose that has the user sitting cross-legged and waiting. It includes 1 animation and 1 static pose, so you can use it in a variety of ways.
The second item is the 0078KA.Sit-Chat-Talk-F which is similar in that it’s a feminine sitting pose, where this is the person talking to the listener. The pack includes 1 animation and 1 static pose.
Now we switch gears with the third item, Planter Box & Bench Mesh Kit. This kit will allow you to build your own mesh garden items as the photo shows. Included is: 4 mesh models, 5 surface textures, 1 ambient occlusion texture, 3 shadow textures, 1 sculpt map, and 5 examples. These pieces have a low land impact and have 2 to 8 texture faces. Please remember that .dae files are not included.
Moving on to some beautiful wood textures, we have the Farmingdale Wood Textures in Classic Beams. There are 5 colors of wood, with each in grunge, seamless and shaded versions. Every color and style comes in 2 sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 512 – that makes a total of 30 textures.
Then we also have the Farmingdale Wood Textures in Classic Panels, which work with the beams. Again there are 30 textures in the 5 colors of wood, in grunge, seamless and shaded styles, in the 256 x 512 and 512 x 1024 sizes.
The final piece of the puzzle is the Farmingdale Wood Textures in Classic Veneers. The same 5 colors from the beams and panels packs is used again here; in the grunge, seamless and shaded styles. Each one comes in 2 sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024.

New Stuff Out Today: Nov 28

There are 6 brand new items out at Clutter for Builders today! Each one is priced at L$ 60 until December 2, 2012 – so make sure to stop by and get them soon!
The first item is the sit animation called Recline-0040KA-Rest-X-Yawn, and it also includes a static pose. It allows the user to sit back and relax, as well as show how sleepy there are by yawning.
Next is the Recline-0041KA-Read-X-GoodBook, which is an animation and static pose that allows the user to sit and read. Which brings us to…
A third sitting animation plus pose, Recling-0042KA-Read-X-Novel which is similar to the previous, but with both knees bent. All 3 of the recline animations would work well together for photography because they have the same center-point.
The next item out is an animation and pose pack called Sit-0039KA-Table-X-Write, which as the name suggests, is a writing animation (plus 2 static poses) that is meant to be used with a table of your choosing.
Changing gears, we have the Restoration Hope Chest Sculpt Kit. This kit includes: 5 sculpt maps, 3 examples, 1 surface textures, and 1 shadow texture. You can make several versions of the hope chest, which 1-3 land impact.
Our final new item is the Restoration Accessories Kit, Sculpt and Mesh. This kit allows you to make the sculpt and mesh versions of the accessories you see in the ad, and includes: 7 sculpt maps, 6 examples, 1 mesh object, 1 ambient occlusion texture, 9 surface textures, 1 shadow texture, 1 texture guide, and 1 script.

Sixty Linden Weekends: November 2 – 4

Hopefully you’re all looking forward to some weekend shopping, and why not start at Clutter for Builders? We have Sixty Linden Weekends deals from today until November 4, 2012 – all items are only L$ 60 each!
The first item is the Morningside Fabric Upholstery Textures, where you get 6 colors of the Morningside Fabric in several versions: 512 x 512 grunge, shaded and unshaded; as well as 1024 x 1024 grunge, shaded, and unshaded – that makes for a total of 36 textures! This would be great on a couch, chair or chaise.
Speaking of which, the second item out is the Morgan Slipper Chair Sculpt Kit. This kit will allow you to build 2 styles of chair (as shown in the picture). The kit includes: 4 sculpt maps, 2 examples, 9 ambient occlusion textures, 2 shadow textures, and 1 texture guide. Make your own personalized chair or something awesome to sell!

We also have 2 animation and pose items out, the first one is the Sit-0024KA-Casual-X-Curious. It includes 1 animation and 2 static poses, which allows the user to appear to be sitting and waiting but being somewhat curious.
The second one is the Sit-0025KA-Casual-X-Converse, which gives the user the appearance of having a conversation. Included in the package is 1 animation and 2 static poses. Please also be aware that there is no furniture included in either of the animation and pose items.

Sixty Linden Weekends: October 27 – 28

Hopefully everyone had a good week, and if not, maybe this post will put you in a good mood! Clutter for Builders has 6 new items out right now for Sixty Linden Weekends, which means each one is only L$ 60 until Monday rolls in!
The first item is the Old Leather Textures in Classics. There are a total of 30 textures in this pack, 5 colors with the following versions: 512 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded; and 1024 x 1024 grunge, shaded, and unshaded.
We also have the Old Leather Textures in Edge – which is a pack of 5 more trendy colors. This one too comes in: 512 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded; and 1024 x 1024 grunge, shaded, and unshaded – for a total of 30 textures again. Both of the Old Leather Textures would be great for furniture, and the colors are very on point for the season.
Next up is the Shaker Trestle Table & Chair, Sculpt & Mesh Kit! This kit allows you to build and sell your own Shaker Trestle table and chair set in either sculpt or mesh versions.
