Sixty Linden Weekends: June 15 – 16

It’s that time of the week again – time for Sixty Linden Weekends! That means that there are 5 new items out at Clutter for Builders for L$ 60 until the end of the day on Sunday, June 16, 2013!
The first item is the 0083KA.Lean-Wave-Bye-X, which is a unisex animation where the user appears to be leaning out of a window (no window prop is included). Included in the package is 1 animation and 1 static pose.
The next item is the 0084KA.Lean-Wave-Friendly-X, which is a unisex animation where the user appears to be leaning and waving out of a window or similar (no window prop is included). The package contains 1 animation and 1 static pose.
The third item is the 0085KA.Stand-Wave-Forlorn-X, which is a unisex animation where the user is standing with hands raised, as if against a window. The package includes 1 animation and 1 static pose.
Then we also have the 0086KA.Hang-Wave-UpsideDown-X, which is a unisex animation where the user will hang upside down from the knees, as if they’re hanging off a window ledge. Included in the package is 1 animation and 1 static pose.
The final item is the 0087KA.Hang-Flail-Stuck-X, which is also a unisex animation where the user is bent over, arms out and slightly bent as if they were caught in a window! The package includes 1 animation and 1 static pose.
Each of these poses will go up to the regular price of L$ 350 after the weekend, so you’ll need to hurry over to grab them while they are on sale!

Sixty Linden Weekends: June 8 – 9

Yay it’s the weekend again! Clutter for Builders has three new items out today for Sixty Linden Weekends for only L$ 60 until the end of the day on Sunday, June 9, 2013!
The first item is the Window Single 02A Mesh Kit.
The second item is the Window Single 02B Mesh Kit.
The third item is the Window Single 02C Mesh Kit.
Each of the kits will allow you to create a mesh single window, each with a land impact of less than 1. The kits each contain 3 multi-face mesh models, 9 surface textures, 1 shadow texture and textured examples. There are no .dae files included in the kits, so please be aware of that when purchasing. Since the windows have the same style and dimensions, as well as go from closed to slightly open, to 1/3 open, you could use all three in a build and add a touch of realism. After the weekend the price for each kit will go up to L$ 375 so you should come by the store as soon as possible if you want to get them at this incredibly low price!

Sixty Linden Weekends: June 1 – 2

It’s finally the weekend! Clutter for Builders is taking part in Sixty Linden Weekends of course, with 3 new items priced for L$ 60 until the end of the weekend on June 2, 2013!
The first item is the Industrial Suspended Shelf Mesh Kit. This kit allows you to build 4 multi-face mesh models with a land impact of less than 1 to 2, per model. Suspension drops from 3.5 to 6.5 meters. Also included is 3 surface textures and textured examples. These would be great used along a wall to be the basis of a focal point.
Next up we have the Santa Fe Tallboy Armoire Mesh Kit. The kit will allow you to build several styles of the tallboys, with 7 multi-face mesh models included, with a land impact of less than 1 per model; 4 of the armoire models are static, and the other 3 are component models for scripted armoires. Also included in the kit is 1 shadow texture. Wood textures are sold separately, and .dae files are not included.
The final item we have is the County Seat Wood Textures in Distressed Veneers. This pack contains 5 colors of wood finish which are seamless with shaded edges. Each comes in two size options: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – which makes for a total of 10 textures! There are other County Seat textures in the store, so these are all able to work together – you should come check them out.

Sixty Linden Weekends: May 24 – 26

Clutter for Builders has 6 brand new items out today for Sixty Linden Weekends, that means that each is priced at only L$ 60 until May 26, 2013!
First up is the Boleyn Wood Textures – George Beams. There are five color variations of the wood included, in three styles: grunge, shaded, and seamless. Each one of these come in two sizes: 128 x 512 and 256 x 1024.
The second item works with the first, it’s the Boleyn Wood Textures – George Panels. These are similar to the beams packs in that the same five colors and three styles are repeated, however the textures in this pack come in both the 256 x 512 size and the 512 x 1024 size.
Then to round out a trio, we also have the Boleyn Wood Textures – George Veneers. These too come in the same five color variations and three styles as the beams and panels previously posted. However, the sizes available in this pack are 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. Each pack has a total of 30 textures, so for under L$ 200 you’ll have 90 textures!
Changing gears, we have the Chatton Hall Fabric Textures in Brocade. This is collection of sumptuous brocade patterns in various earthy colors. There are seven styles of fabric in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – for a total of 14 seamless textures!
Following up is the Chatton Hall Fabric Textures – Nubbly Upholstery. The fabrics come in four colors, two variations on the nubbly-look of the textures, in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024. This means you get a total of 16 seamless textures in the pack!
The final item we have out is the Chatton Hall Fabric Textures in Veltvet. Four base colors are used in this pack, with one plain and one patterned style, each come in two sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024, which makes for a total of 16 seamless textures!
You could use the wood and fabric textures together in a project because they seem to have a similar feel to them, I can sense that they would work really well.

Sixty Linden Weekends: March 23 – 24

It’s that time of the week again – Sixty Linden Weekends! There are 6 brand new items out at Clutter for Builders for only L$ 60 until the end of the day on Sunday, March 24, 2013.
We start with the 0070KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M, which contains 1 animation and 1 static pose. It’s a more masculine pose, which has the user reclining with one leg up – it’s probably best suited to be used with a couch.
The next item we have is the 0071KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M, which is another male animation and pose item, with 1 animation and 1 static pose in the package. This animation has the user laying with arms crossed, as if waiting for something.
We also have the reverse of the previous item, with the 0071KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M-Reverse. It too contains 1 animation and 1 static pose, but the user is laying the opposite way.
The fourth item is 0072KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M, which is a casual animation, with the user having their legs crossed and their hands resting on their stomach. The pack contains 1 animation and 2 static poses.
There is also the reverse of the previous animation, with the 0072KA.Lay-Casual-Reflect-M-Reverse. It also contains 1 animation and 2 static poses, and it has the user lying the opposite way from the original.
All the animation and pose items do not come with any furniture, so make sure you keep that in mind when buying.
The final item out for this weekend is the Round Floor Cushion Sculpt Kit I. This kit will allow you to build your own sculpted round cushion, perfect for throwing around and lounging. The kit includes: 1 sculpt map, 1 surface texture, 1 shadow texture, 2 texture guide textures, 1 ambient occlusion texture, and 3 examples.

Sixty Linden Weekends: March 9 -10

Get your notepad out, Clutter for Builders has 6 brand new items today for Sixty Linden Weekends, which means they are all priced at L$ 60 each until the end of the day on Sunday, March 10, 2013!
The first item we have is the Garden Daybed Sculpt Kit I, which will allow you to build two versions of a simple daybed that fits both inside or out. This would be great in a guest room, sun-room, or even out on the patio. Included in the kit is: a rebuilder kit to recreate items in your own name, 4 sculpt maps, 4 surface textures, 2 shadow textures, 2 examples, and 2 ambient occlusion textures.
To compliment the Garden Daybed, we have the Garden Daybed Sculpt Kit II – Decor, which will spruce up your daybed and make it more luxurious. The kit includes: a rebuilder kit to recreate items in your own name, 6 sculpt maps, 13 surface textures, 13 ambient occlusion textures, and 3 examples.
Changing gears a bit, we have the Mesh Signage and Calendar Kit – and yes, it’s 100% mesh! You can use these 12 mesh models to create decor, signs, and calendars – and all with using very little land impact (.dae files and textures sold separately).
Then to compliment the Mesh Signage and Calendar Kit, there is the Signage Calendar Textures – Black & White. This is a collection of 50 seamless textures, in the 384 x 512 size, which are tintable on objects. This would be great to create a calendar for schools or kids’ rooms.
Then there is also the Signage Letter Textures – Black & White. These are also developed for our Mesh Signage and Calendar Kit, there is 26 seamless textures (the letters of the alphabet) in the 384 x 512 size. These too are tintable on objects.
The final item we have is the Signage Numeral and Symbol – Black & White Textures. These were also made for the Mesh Signage and Calendar Kit. There are 32 seamless textures which are tintable on objects, in the 384 x 512 size.

Sixty Linden Weekends: March 2 – 3

It’s the weekend, and Clutter for Builders has a bit of theme going on for Sixty Linden Weekends with a nod to the 60′s and 70′s with some funky, hippie items. All the follow items are out for only L$ 60 until the end of Sunday, March 4, 2013!
First up is the Flashback Beanbag Sculpt Kit which will allow you to build two styles of sculpted beanbag, perfect for kicking back with your friends. Included in the kit is: 2 sculpt maps, 2 ambient occlusion textures, 2 surface textures, 2 shadow textures, 2 examples, and 1 texture guide.
If you want to add a little fun to that beanbag, we have the Sit-0061KA-Fun-X-Puff Puff animation and pose set. This is a unisex animation that allows the user to sit back and relax with a smoke. Included is 1 animation and 1 static pose.
We also have the aftermath of your funny cigarette party, the Sit-0062KA-Fun-X-Passed Out. This is a unisex animation where the user has had a little too much to smoke or drink, and has fallen asleep. This set includes 1 animation and 1 static pose.
Teaming with the theme, we have some texture packs, starting with the Flashback Textures – Hippie. You’re in for a smack of color to your face with these, tie-dye is back in a big way with this pack. Included is: 3 decals, 8 frames, 2 posters, and 32 seamless fabrics – for a total of 45 textures; each of which comes in the 1024 x 1024 size.
Next there is the Flashback Fabric Textures – Hippe White. This pack contains an assortment of 12 textures in both clean and grunge seamless versions, in the 1024 x 1024 size. Some of these would even work on items for a kid’s bedroom.
There is also the Flashback Fabric Textures – Hippie Black, which is similar to the white pack. Included is: 13 different motifs, in seamless clean and grunge versions, in the 1024 x 1024 size.
The final item out is the Garden Foot Bridge Sculpt Kit, which is perfect for using as part of your sim landscaping. The kit includes: a rebuilder script to recreate items in your own name, 3 sculpt maps, 1 surface texture, 1 shadow texture, and 1 example. This could also be used as an alternative to a traditional dock, if you like boating.

Sixty Linden Weekends: Feb 23 -24

Well it’s the last weekend of the month! Clutter for Builders isn’t slacking though, there are 6 new items in store for only L$ 60 as a part of Sixty Linden Weekends. They will be at the special price until February 24, 2013 so grab them while you can!
The Restoration Shutter Sculpt Kit is our first item this week, which will allow you to build a number of different styles of retr0 window shutters, very much like those you’d see on farm-houses. Included in the kit is: a rebuilder script to recreate items in your own name, 10 sculpt maps, 10 examples, 1 shadow texture, and 4 surface textures.
Switching over to textures, we have the Nubbly Upholstery Textures, Series II – Savannah. These colors have a neutral base, so they would work well a variety of decor schemes. Included in the pack is 5 colors, in 3 styles: solids, stripes, and weave seamless. You get a total of 15 textures in the 1024 x 1024 size!
Keeping in the same color palette, there is the Painted Wall Textures – Savannah. There are the same 5 colors in a seamless style, in both the 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes – for a total of 10 textures.
Then we also have the Painted Wallpaper Textures – Savannah Ash. These textures have a cream-colored baseboard and crown molding on them so you don’t need to use prims to add it. There are 5 colors included, and you get these horizontally seamless textures in 2 sizes: 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 – for a total of 10 textures.
There is also the Painted Wallpaper Textures – Savannah Elm, which has the darker wood baseboards and crown molding. These are the same 5 base colors, in both the 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes; and all 10 textures are horizontally seamless.
The final item out today is the Composite Stone Quarry, which actually looks more like unpolished, raw gems, in my opinion anyway. This pack has a total of 14, 7 colors of stone in a seamless style, and in the 512 x 512 and 1024 x 1024 sizes. These have a pretty, glittery, quality to them – how will you use them?

Sixty Linden Weekends: Feb 16 – 17

Happy weekend everyone! If you’re ready to do some shopping then Clutter for Builders has 5 new items out for Sixty Linden Weekends. Each one is priced at L$ 60 until February 17, 2013.
The first item out is the Baking Day Sculpt Kit I, which will give you a cute little baking set-up to add to a table that you might already have (the sculpt for one is not included). What is included in the kit? Here is everything you do get: a rebuilder kit to recreate items with your own name, 8 sculpt maps, 4 ambient occlusion textures, 8 examples, 1 shadow texture, 10 surface textures, and 1 texture guide.
We have two animation and pose items which would work well once you combine the Baking Day Sculpt Kit I with a table of your choice. The first is the Sit-0058KA-Casual-X-Lazy Cook, which contains 1 animation and 2 static poses that have the chef sitting up on a table as they work (and remember, props sold separately).
The second one is called Stand-0057KA-Fun-X-Take That, which is a unisex animation and pose item that shows a chef at their absolute worst! The angry expression is scripted, it uses the express_anger_emote, and do remember that all props are sold separately.
Then to change it a bit, we have the Shaker End Table Sculpt Kit V1 – Static. It will allow you to build one of several versions of a Shaker-style end table. Included in the kit is: a rebuilder script to recreate items in your own name, 9 sculpt maps, 10 examples, 4 surface textures, and 1 shadow texture. There is also the second version below…
The Shaker End Table Sculpt Kit V2 – Working, is similar to the V1 however with the version you can open and close the drawer. Included in this kit is: a rebuilder script to recreate items in your own name, 12 sculpt maps, 13 examples, 4 surface textures, 1 shadow texture, and 1 drawer script.

Sixty Linden Weekends: January 12 – 13

Sixty Linden Weekends is here again, and Clutter for Builders has a number of new items out today for only L$ 60 each! You can grab them until January 13, 2013.
The first item out is the Boston Coffee Table Square Sculpt Kit. This kit allows you to build your own coffee table in several different versions. Included in it is: a rebuilder script that allows you to have your name as the creator on the object, 1 sliding door script, 8 sculpt maps, 17 examples, 2 surface textures, and 1 shadow texture. These are part of the Boston line, so they will match with all other items in the line.
Next up we have the Burnham Garden Set Sculpt Kit. This kit allows you to build two types of wooden chair, as well as a little side table. Included in the kit is: 4 sculpt maps, 3 examples, 1 ambient occlusion texture, 2 surface textures, 3 shadow textures, and 1 texture repeat script. Spring will be here before you know it, so it’s worth it to get all your building starting before then!
Switching gears a bit, the next item is the Dousman Wood Textures in the Gerald edition. This pack of textures was developed for plane-stitched sculpts and multi-face mesh models. Included is 50 textures in non-tiling shaded and grunge versions, in the following sizes: 128 x 512, 256 x 512, 512 x 512, 256 x 1024, and 512 x 1024. These colors are great for winter and the beginning of spring!

Brighten up your furniture or builds with some fun fabrics that remind you that warmer weather is just around the corner.
