Sixty Linden Weekends: Dec 14 – 16

It’s the weekend again and time for more super deals from Clutter for Builders for Sixty Linden Weekends – where all these brand new items cost only L$ 60!
The first item will help with your holiday decor and New Year’s Eve coming up, the Celebration Champagne Sculpt Kit! You can create your own fancy brand of bubbly with this kit! Included is: 3 sculpt maps, 6 surface textures, 1 texture guide, and 3 examples. Perfect to give as a hostess gift as well!
Secondly we have the Forest Pathway Textures I, which has 12 textures to give a sim that perfect wintery path look. You will get 512 x 512 for forest pathway sculpts (sold separately) versions, and 512 x 512 seamless versions. This might be just the thing to complete your home sim for the season!
Then there are 2 packs for the Easton Wood Textures, one in maple:
And one in Walnut:
Both of the packages include 12 textures each, which shaded and seamless versions in the following sizes: 128 x 512, 256 x 512, 512 x 512, 256 x 1024, 512 x 1024, and 1024 x 1024. I think both of these would work really well for hard wood floors in a classy, or country, build.
Fifth is the Oxford Upholstery Fabric Textures. These seem to be somewhat retro in their design, with a heavy feel to them which would suit many furniture items. In the package you will find 14 different colors of the fabric in a 1024 x 1024 seamless version.
The final item is an animation item (that includes 2 static pose versions) called Sit-0044KA-Drink-F-Champagne, which is a feminine sit with the user drinking a glass of something; what it is, is really up to you. A reminder: no furniture is included in this item.

Builder’s Bargains: Nov 29 – Dec 2

Clutter for Builders has 2 items out today for Builder’s Bargains and each are only L$ 60 for the weekend (until Sunday, December 2, 2012).
First we have the Restoration Farmhouse Winter Quilt Block Textures which are made to resemble the block style of fabric you see with handmade quilts. You get 16 different styles of quilt block, each comes in the 512 x 512 seamless version. You can make so many different types of quilts, covers, throws and the like with these because you can mix and match to your heart’s content.
Next is the Pequonnock Column Lamp Sculpt Kit, which at first glance is a more modern item but can also fit in to an Asian-esque decor. You can make several styles of column lamp with this kit and included is: 1 script, 8 sculpt maps, 6 examples, 7 surface textures, and 1 shadow texture.

Sixty Linden Weekends: October 27 – 28

Hopefully everyone had a good week, and if not, maybe this post will put you in a good mood! Clutter for Builders has 6 new items out right now for Sixty Linden Weekends, which means each one is only L$ 60 until Monday rolls in!
The first item is the Old Leather Textures in Classics. There are a total of 30 textures in this pack, 5 colors with the following versions: 512 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded; and 1024 x 1024 grunge, shaded, and unshaded.
We also have the Old Leather Textures in Edge – which is a pack of 5 more trendy colors. This one too comes in: 512 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded; and 1024 x 1024 grunge, shaded, and unshaded – for a total of 30 textures again. Both of the Old Leather Textures would be great for furniture, and the colors are very on point for the season.
Next up is the Shaker Trestle Table & Chair, Sculpt & Mesh Kit! This kit allows you to build and sell your own Shaker Trestle table and chair set in either sculpt or mesh versions. Included is: 4 sculpt maps, examples, 2 multi-faceted mesh models, 1 single-faceted mesh model, 6 wood textures in 2 colors, 1 tartan texture, 3 shadow textures; and you will also get an automatic sculpt rebuilder.
However, if the 2 wood colors provided in the Shaker Trestle Table & Chair, Sculpt & Mesh Kit don’t suit your fancy, you can purchase 3 others in the Shaker Wood Textures I pack. Each color comes in the following versions: 128 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded, 256 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded; as well as 512 x 512 grunge, shaded, and unshaded (that’s 27 total).
We also have something for the holiday season, the Winter Holiday Ottoman Sculpt Kit. You’ll be able to build your own ottoman like the photo shows, which would be perfect for gifts for all your friends! What you’ll be getting is: 2 sculpt maps, 3 examples, 2 ambient occlusion textures, 2 surface textures, 2 shadow textures, and 1 texture guide.

Builder’s Bargains Winter Market Items

Clutter for Builders is taking part in the Builder’s Bargains Winter Market with 8 new winter-themed items at the low price of L$ 60!
The first item is the Winter Signboards. The pack contains 7 fun and kid-friendly textures with themes of winter – including several with adorable snow-people in the 512 x 512 size. You can use these as decorations or to add some cuteness to signage, ads, and so on.
Then we also have the Christmas Signboards. There are 7 festive textures that just shout “Merry Christmas!” There’s one of those actually, but other holiday staples are there too in the 512 x 512 size. These too can be used as decorations or to add some cuteness to signage, ads, and so on.
If you really love Christmas, then you’ll want even more merry goodness, so there is also the Christmas Signboards II. You can combine it with the first pack to expand your decoration options. There are once again 7 textures in a 512 x 512 size. Use these as is for decorations or mix and match – as well as use them for signs, ads, and etc.
Winter means different things to different people, but something that a lot of people look forward too is the beauty of nature in white. We have the Hyde Park Village Winter Pond Sculpt Kit, which will allow you to have your own beautiful frozen pond – or use it to build something amazing. The kit includes: 2 sculpt maps, 1 example, 2 ambient occlusion textures, 1 texture animation script, and 1 texture guide.
If you like ice skating, and especially if you’re buying the winter pond sculpt kit above, you’ll want to have a look at these Skating Ice Textures. In this pack you’ll get: 3 colors of ice, each with 4 different scratch patterns – for a total of 12 textures, all are 512 x 512 seamless versions.
Next up there is the Ten Sleep Snow Terrain Textures. There is a total of 10 textures: 5 styles of snow in 512 x 512 size and 1024 x 1024 size. These would be great for a variety of outside winter decor, like snowmen or to add snow to other items like trees and shrubs.
Then we have the Flowing Drape Cloth Fabric Textures in Holiday Colors. There are 9 different variations of drapes, in both 512 x 512 unshaded version and 1024 x 1024 unshaded version. There are both satiny and textured finishes for more variation. The colors are all festive so they make a good holiday background.
The final item we have out is the Velvet Burn-Out Fabric Textures. You get the fabric in 7 deep gem hues in 512 x 512 size and in 3 variations: shaded, unshaded and grunge. I can see it being used for heavy drapes in a formal room, or as something as simple as the cape around the base of a Christmas tree – it’s entirely up to you!
